The service is an electronic grant and residency application system. The service is intended for grant and residency applicants.

Through the service, applicants can send electronic grant and residency applications. The applicant is responsible for the information they enter into the service, and the service provider does not verify its accuracy. In addition, the service provider does not correct or add any information to the application.

The service provider is responsible for receiving applications made through the system only if the system has indicated that all mandatory fields in the application have been completed and the application has been submitted.

The user is responsible for the use of the service with a personal username and password and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by themselves, the confidentiality of their password, and the protection of their user account from unauthorized access. Workgroups can decide internally to share one username among multiple users, provided that login information is handled securely without allowing outsiders access to the user account. The contact person is responsible for the use of the username.

The service is not available to persons under the age of 15 without the written consent of their parents/guardians. More information on how to proceed in this case can be obtained from info@gretajawilliamlehtinen.fi.

The service provider undertakes to protect the personal data stored in the service as the data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The service is available 24/7 during the application period. However, the service provider is not responsible for interruptions in the use of the service or for any obstacles or disruptions caused by them. The service provider has the right to completely or partially terminate the service or make any changes to it at any time. The service provider also has the right to block the user's right to use the service without warning if the user violates these terms of use. In other cases, the service provider must give reasonable notice of the termination of the service or rights.

Disputes related to the use of the service are resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
